    1. Pan-Seared Steak with Herbed Butter & Garlic Green Beans

    Ingredients:

    • 1 ribeye or sirloin steak (about 6–8 oz)
    • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
    • Fresh thyme sprigs
    • 150g green beans, trimmed
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 drop (approx. 10 mg) TheCBDexpert 10% CBD oil

    Instructions:

    1. Prep: Season steak generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
    2. Cook steak: Heat a frying pan on your gas stove over medium-high heat until very hot. Add 1 tbsp butter and once melted, place the steak in the pan. Sear for about 3–4 minutes without moving it.
    3. Flip steak, add crushed garlic and thyme sprigs to the pan with remaining butter. Using a spoon, baste the steak repeatedly with the melted butter and herbs for 3 more minutes (or until your preferred doneness).
    4. Remove steak from the pan and let rest for 5 minutes.
    5. Cook green beans: While steak rests, boil or steam green beans in a small pot for 3 minutes, then drain. In the same pan used for steak, heat olive oil and sauté green beans with a pinch of salt and garlic for 2–3 minutes until tender-crisp.
    6. Finish: Off the heat, mix the CBD oil into the melted herbed butter and drizzle over the steak before serving with green beans.

    2. Lemon Dill Salmon with Couscous

    Ingredients:

    • 2 salmon fillets
    • Salt & pepper
    • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
    • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
    • 150g couscous
    • 150ml boiling water
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 drop TheCBDexpert 10% CBD oil

    Instructions:

    1. Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper, lemon zest, and half the dill.
    2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a splash of olive oil. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 5–6 minutes until crisp. Flip and cook 1–2 minutes more until just cooked through. Remove from heat.
    3. Meanwhile, pour boiling water over couscous in a bowl, add olive oil and a pinch of salt. Cover tightly and let steam for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
    4. Stir remaining dill and lemon juice into couscous, then mix in CBD oil off heat.
    5. Serve salmon atop the couscous for a fresh, bright dish.

    3. Truffle Oil Mac & Cheese

    Ingredients:

    • 150g macaroni pasta
    • 150ml milk
    • 100g cheddar cheese, grated
    • 50g parmesan cheese, grated
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp truffle oil
    • Salt & pepper
    • 1 drop TheCBDexpert 10% CBD oil

    Instructions:

    1. Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until al dente (about 7 minutes). Drain and set aside.
    2. In the same pot, add milk and cheeses. Heat gently on low, stirring until melted and smooth.
    3. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix in the cooked macaroni until fully coated.
    4. Remove pot from heat, stir in truffle oil and CBD oil gently. Serve warm and creamy.

    4. Prosciutto-Wrapped Chicken with Tomato Basil Orzo

    Ingredients:

    • 2 chicken breasts
    • 4 slices prosciutto
    • 150g orzo pasta
    • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 1 handful fresh basil, torn
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • Salt & pepper
    • 1 drop TheCBDexpert 10% CBD oil

    Instructions:

    1. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of prosciutto, pressing to adhere.
    2. Heat a pan with 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through and prosciutto is crisp. Remove and keep warm.
    3. Cook orzo in boiling salted water according to package instructions (usually 7–8 minutes). Drain.
    4. Toss orzo with cherry tomatoes, basil, remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper. Off heat, stir in CBD oil.
    5. Serve chicken breasts on a bed of tomato basil orzo.

    5. Mini Beef & Blue Cheese Sliders with Caramelised Onions

    Ingredients:

    • 400g ground beef
    • Salt & pepper
    • 100g blue cheese, crumbled
    • 2 onions, thinly sliced
    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • Slider buns
    • 1 drop TheCBDexpert 10% CBD oil (mixed with butter)

    Instructions:

    1. Form ground beef into small patties, season with salt and pepper.
    2. Melt butter in a pan, add onions and sugar, cook on low heat for 15–20 minutes stirring often until golden caramelized. Set aside.
    3. In the same pan, cook patties over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side until desired doneness.
    4. Mix a drop of CBD oil into softened butter and lightly brush on slider buns.
    5. Assemble sliders with beef patty, blue cheese, and caramelized onions.

    6. Gnocchi with Pancetta & Sage Butter

    Ingredients:

    • 300g fresh gnocchi
    • 100g pancetta, diced
    • 30g butter
    • 8 fresh sage leaves
    • Salt & pepper
    • 1 drop TheCBDexpert 10% CBD oil

    Instructions:

    1. Boil gnocchi in salted water until they float (2–3 minutes), then drain.
    2. In a pan, cook pancetta until crispy; remove and set aside.
    3. Melt butter in the same pan and fry sage leaves until crisp (about 1 minute).
    4. Return pancetta and gnocchi to the pan, toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
    5. Remove pan from heat and stir in CBD oil before serving.

    7. Garlic Butter Prawns with Lemon Rice

    Ingredients:

    • 250g raw prawns, peeled and deveined
    • 3 garlic cloves, minced
    • 40g butter
    • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
    • 150g long grain rice
    • 300ml water
    • Salt & pepper
    • Fresh parsley, chopped
    • 1 drop TheCBDexpert 10% CBD oil

    Instructions:

    1. Cook rice with water and a pinch of salt on your gas stove (bring to boil, then simmer covered for 12 minutes). Fluff and mix in lemon zest and parsley.
    2. Melt butter in a pan, add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
    3. Add prawns and cook until pink and opaque (3–4 minutes). Squeeze lemon juice over prawns.
    4. Off heat, stir in CBD oil into the butter sauce. Serve prawns on lemon rice.

    8. Mediterranean Halloumi Wraps

    Ingredients:

    • 200g halloumi cheese, sliced
    • Flatbreads or wraps
    • 3 tbsp hummus
    • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
    • 1 tomato, sliced
    • Olive oil
    • 1 drop TheCBDexpert 10% CBD oil (mixed with olive oil)

    Instructions:

    1. Heat a non-stick pan and fry halloumi slices for 2–3 minutes each side until golden.
    2. Spread hummus on flatbread. Add cucumber, tomato, and halloumi slices.
    3. Mix CBD oil with olive oil and lightly brush over the inside of the wrap before rolling up.

    9. Lamb Koftas with Tzatziki & Flatbreads

    Ingredients:

    • 400g ground lamb
    • 1 tsp cumin
    • 1 tsp coriander
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
    • Salt & pepper
    • Flatbreads
    • 100g tzatziki
    • 1 drop TheCBDexpert 10% CBD oil

    Instructions:

    1. Combine ground lamb with spices, garlic, mint, salt, and pepper. Form into small sausage shapes (koftas).
    2. Fry koftas in a hot pan over medium heat for 4–5 minutes each side until cooked through.
    3. Stir CBD oil gently into tzatziki.
    4. Warm flatbreads and assemble wraps with koftas and CBD tzatziki.

    10. Campfire Carbonara (No Mushrooms)

    Ingredients:

    • 150g spaghetti
    • 100g pancetta or bacon, diced
    • 2 eggs
    • 50g parmesan cheese, grated
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • Black pepper
    • Salt
    • 1 drop TheCBDexpert 10% CBD oil

    Instructions:

    1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 50ml pasta water and drain pasta.
    2. Fry pancetta and garlic in a pan until crispy. Remove from heat.
    3. Whisk eggs and parmesan in a bowl. Add a little reserved pasta water to loosen.
    4. Quickly toss hot pasta in the pancetta pan, then off heat, stir in egg mixture until creamy (avoid scrambling).
